We suppose two different types of interaction between the neutron star and the wind of the primary in LSI+61 deg303: a propeller regime at the periastron and an ejector regime close to the apastron. The radio eruptions are a result of the transition from propeller to ejector and the subsequent expansion of the region dominated by the relativisitic wind. Under these circumstances, the spin period is evaluated to be of the order of 0.15-0.20 s. The estimated values of the expansion velocity (250 km s^-1), the maximum size of the region dominated by the relativisitic wind (1.9 au), the X-ray luminosity and the suspected phases of the outbursts are in agreement with the observations.
