The authors present an atlas of high resolution (Δλ = 0.1 - 0.2 Å) IUE ultraviolet spectra of 14 galactic Wolf-Rayet stars (9 WN and 5 WC). For each star the wavelength ranges covered are λλ1150 - 2050 and λλ1850 - 3250. The spectral data are presented in the form of line identification lists and spectral tracings. Where possible the authors have measured the central emission intensity of each feature in continuum units. In each sequence the relative line intensities within a chemical species, and from element to element, vary considerably with subclass and the ionization trends along both the WN and WC sequences are discussed. Generally at least three ionization stages of a given element are present within an individual spectrum.
