We have performed a systematic analysis of the archived ASCA X-ray observations of AGN. The products of this analysis, which will ultimately comprise several hundred objects, will be made available to the community by summer of 1999. The analysis has been fine-tuned to optimize extraction of images, light curves and spectra of faint sources and includes background spectra and light curves, which are not available in the products provided in a standard mission archive. This database will allow scientists without experience in X-ray data reduction to easily utilize the ASCA archival data.
