The characteristics of an experimental facility built in Tien Shan for the detection of discrete gamma quanta sources in the energy range 10 exp 12 - 10 exp 13 eV are described. The facility is located 3300 m above the sea level and consists of six Cerenkov radiation detectors evenly spaced along a circumference of 115-m radius. Results of test measurements are presented.
