An analytical model for the evolution of a protoplanetary disk is developed under conditions of direct accretion of matter onto it. The model is constructed in the approximation of small angular momentum (J of about 10 to the 52nd g sq cm/s). It is shown that the resulting evolutionary scenario is qualitatively different from the case in which the accretion of matter on the disk was not considered.
