Celestial Mechanics: Orbit Forecast, Orbit Elements

The orbit forecasting plays an important role in the observing and tracking of plentiful space objects. The analytical method is always used due to the large amount of the objects and not very high accuracy of forecasting. In this paper, we'll provide a means of propagating based on the position and velocity derived from the mean orbit elements directly to avoid the problem of singularity in calculating the periodic terms of orbit elements variation, thus we can simplify the process and software.
