All the available published fluxes and photometry, from the ultraviolet to the infrared of 17 bright Be stars, have been compiled for energy distribution investigation. Most of these stars were found to have intrinsic color excesses of order of 0.14 m. The possible interpretation of this may be viewed as a result of dust formation in a shell around the star or the binary system. No traces of cool stellar components of these stars have been found in the energy distributions, even for those known to be binaries. For the Be stars which exhibit pulsation, no remarkable difference from the other Be stars in the energy-distribution curves was found.
