The results of broadband CCD imaging of the ring galaxy AM 1354-250 are presented. Radial profiles of color and surface brightness along with color index maps are shown, along with numerical fits of the age and burst strength of the star formation which produced these colors. The basic assumption of these models is that a radially propagating ring of star formation has passed through the disk of this galaxy. The colors and color gradients in this system are consistent with those expected from the formation of a collisional ring galaxy which has a very low gas mass and a correspondingly low rate of star formation. Ages of the star-forming ring are fit derived, and an expansion velocity of this ring is calculated based on the photometric data.
