By using a suitable Bogolubov transformation between Fock bases in a
Kerr manifold it is shown that a redefinition of the "Unruh vacuum" is
needed in order to obtain the thermal flux in the superradiant range. A
new definition of a vacuum is proposed to obtain both the thermal flux
and the non-thermal emission from a Kerr black hole.
