Scientific paper

Papers are presented on such topics as the origin of the relatively large flux of antiprotons in cosmic rays, a universal energy spectrum for charged particles in the shear flow of the solar wind, interstellar turbulence and the acceleration of cosmic rays, multiyear observations of superhigh-energy gamma rays from Cyg X-3, and nuclear reactions in supernova envelopes. Also considered are fluxes of electrons and gamma quanta with energies exceeding 30 MeV at heights of 300-350 km, stratospheric studies of cosmic rays in cycles 19-21 of solar activity, geomagnetic effects in cosmic rays, studies of Jupiter electrons with energy not less than 40 keV, and spacecraft studies of energetic flare particles.
