The triple-correlation technique of speckle imaging has been investigated in the low-light-level regime. Three practical methods for digital triple-correlation processing have been developed. Each of these methods has successfully reconstructed images from computer-simulated speckle interferograms. The authors describe and compare the three algorithms.
