We find necessary and sufficient conditions on an (inverse) semigroup $X$
under which its semigroups of maximal linked systems $\lambda(X)$, filters
$\phi(X)$, linked upfamilies $N_2(X)$, and upfamilies $\upsilon(X)$ are
inverse.
