One generic problem of galaxy formation in numerical studies is that the formed elliptical galaxies in simulations are appearing to be bluer and to form the disk galaxies with observed gas content is real hard task. It is believed that this failure to account for the data is caused by an incorrect modeling of the physics of star formation and its associated feedback processes. I will present the model and first results of fully cosmological hydrodynamic simulations of formation of elliptical galaxies with and without AGN. Simulations are showing that the color of the host galaxy with AGN is becoming reddish compare with “no BH” runs. This turns out that the AGN is important ingredient for galaxy formation, which can help to move the galaxy from blue to the red sequence.
