AGILE confirms the detection of the new flaring gamma-ray source
J0109+6134 near the Galactic plane as reported by Fermi-LAT in
ATel#2414. Integrating during the period 2010-01-31 08:20 UT to
2010-02-02 19:48 UT AGILE detected gamma-ray emission above 100 MeV
from a source positionally consistent with J0109+6134.
