We study the light scattered by cometary dust particles, more precisely Ballistic-Cluster-Cluster (BCCA) or Particle-Cluster (BPCA) aggregates of up to 128 sub-micron sized silicates or organics grains (spherical and spheroidal). A mixture of 40% to 70% organics and silicates (respectively 60% to 30%) provides the best fit to comet Hale-Bopp dependence of linear polarization, P, with the wavelength, λ, and the phase angle, α.
