Distributions of ages and diameters of meteorite craters on the earth are obtained on the basis of data for 116 such craters. The following suggestions are made in reference to interpreting the data: (1) the size distribution of meteoroids follows a power law, (2) decay of crater populations with time is exponential, (3) the characteristic lifetime of craters is determined by their area, and (4) during the last billion years, the order of intensity of crater-forming meteoroids has varied little.
