Scientific paper

Testing technology for quantifying performance of electrooptical tracking and stabilization in the presence of environmental and ground test facility disturbances is discussed. The Relay Mirror Experiment PEP tracking and pointing system used by the SDI Organization is used to illustrate how ordinary, partial, and multiple coherence functions can be used to understand and interpret test results.
