Chombo is an adaptive mesh framework being developed in LBNL. It was initially designed for uniform Cartesian meshes only. Here we present our modifications to Chombo that allowed us its application for astrophysical problems on orthogonal curvilinear grids. Results are shown of the calculations of the solar wind interaction with the local interstellar medium on the polar and spherical grids.
