Jet ejection from the nucleus of comet Halley was observed photographically with the 40 cm Hissar telescope and photoelectrically with the 1m Mt. Sanglok (USSR) telescope in November 1985. The behavior of jets and their nature are discussed. It is suggested that the gas and dust models can be united by treating the jet as a quasi-hydrodynamic flow of a multicomponent plasma.
