Research into the ionosphere and auroras, magnetosphere and solar winds, particle beams in the magnetosphere and in interplanetary spaces is summarized. Tracking systems in infrared and X-ray astronomy as well as laboratory research are covered. Research into flare and burst incidents, low and high energy in gamma ray astronomy are treated. Carbon monoxide, NO and MgCa molecules were studied by fluorescent and excitation spectroscopy.
