Spectroscopic data for the active Be stars 28 Cyg, CX Dra, and Lambda
Cyg are presented. E/C, V/R,and W values were obtained for H-alpha and
H-beta profiles. Rapid variations of emission in H-alpha were found for
28 Cyg and CX Dra. Rapid variations of total emission intensity and a
complete disappearance of emission in H-alpha were observed for CX Dra.
