This program will measures baseline charge transfer efficiency {CTE} performance of the HRC and WFC detectors. This proposal emulates the CTE ground calibration testing. A similar program will perform periodic measurements in order to track the change in the CTE as damage due to radiation exposure accumulates. EPER and FPR data will be collected at different signal levels, when necessary crossed filter elements will be used to obtain low signal levels. All the data is acquired using internal targets.
