The formation and evolution of circumplanetary satellite swarms is investigated. The characteristic times of various processes are estimated, and it is shown that the accumulation time for swarm bodies is several orders of magnitude less than that for planets and, consequently, than the time for swarm replenishment by matter from the planetary zone. An accumulation model for a circumplanetary swarm is developed in which allowance is made for an increase in swarm mass due to sticking of particles moving along heliocentric orbits as well as for a decrease in swarm mass as a result of accumulation of its inner portions by the growing planet. It is found that the nature of swarm evolution significantly depends on the size distribution of the swarm bodies, the size of the planetary zone, and the rate of decrease in swarm density with distance from the planet.
