A self-similar solution is found for the problem of gas accretion onto a rapidly moving gravitating center modeling a black hole. The solution is obtained for different adiabatic indices γ of the falling gas and different density distributions far from the center. It is shown that a self-similar solution in which matter fills all space exists only when 1.31 < γ < 5/3 for the case of a uniform stream at infinity and for individual values of γ with other power-law density distributions. A solution with a hollow cone behind the moving center exists in the remaining cases.
