The accretion process of a hot plasma onto a central black hole is reported. The steady state distribution and consumption rate of particles orbiting a Schwarzschild hole are considered assuming the spherical symmetry. Only ion-ion Coulomb scattering is considered and the effects of electrons, except that they assure the charge neutrality, are neglected. It is assumed that diffusion approximation can be adopted. The relativistic Fokker-Planck equation in a general form is formulated and the Fokker-Planck coefficients are derived.
