In this paper we consider the stationary problem accretion on a rotating black hole. Takes into account advection and using the formula for the radiation pressure describing both optically thin and optically thick cases. Places special emphasis on consideration of models at a high rate of accretion. The properties of global solutions for the accretion disk, describing a continuous transition between optically thick and optically thin outer inner regions. In the case of accretion onto a rotating demonstrated the existence of a black hole high, optically thin region to a wider (than in the case of accretion on non-rotating black hole) the range of power accretion and the parameter of viscosity. In addition, the temperature in this region reaches values so high that it becomes possible production of electron-positron pairs.
