Cen X-3 is a luminous accreting pulsar in an eclipsing binary system. From the precise obit determinations which have been made over the past 40 years we know that the orbital period is decreasing. The pulsar's spin frequency history shows torque switching behavior with rapid transitions between intervals of fairly constant spin-up and fairly constant spin-down. We present Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM) observations of Cen X-3, from which we re-determine the orbital parameters. We also present an analysis of the torque behavior based on these observations.
