Equivalent widths of neutral molybdenum and ruthenium lines have been calculated for an LTE model atmosphere corresponding to the spectral class and the luminosity of β Peg. By comparison with the observed equivalent widths the abundances of these s-process elements in the atmosphere of β Peg are found to be 20 times less than in the solar atmosphere.
