We present 16600 equivalent widths (EWs) in the spectra of 100 and 94 stars with and without known planets, respectively. We have measured line-by-line EWs of about 80 spectral lines for the refractory elements Si, Ca, Sc, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Co, Ni. The EWs of about 14 lines of Na, Mg and Al in 53 new comparison spectra have been added to the previous analysis by Beirao et al. (2005A&A...438..251B). For each spectral a Gaussian fit was performed using the "splot" task within the "echelle" IRAF package. In order to measure automatically the EWs of Na, Mg and Al lines in the new spectra, we employed a new program (IRAF scripts) written by N.C. Santos (Santos et al., 2005A&A...437.1127S). Each measurement was taken carefully achieving the best agreement between line profiles and Gaussian fits.
