The elongated Cyg OB1 superbubble may be formed by the merger of several smaller superbubbles that were produced by non-coeval evolution of the parent stellar association. We have measured high-velocity UV absorption line data from IUE, HST, and FUSE for several lines of sight to the Cyg OB1 superbubble. The UV data provide data from a wide range of ionization states for estimating temperature, density, expansion velocity, and age of the structures. Modeling a scenario of non-coeval evolution in Cyg OB1, we estimate the energy budget for a multi-superbubble structure and compare these results to the observed UV high-velocity observations. This research was supported by NASA grant NAG5-8483.
