We present new results from a campaign to detect interstellar absorption from High Velocity Cloud and Cirrus sightlines near quasars with detected absorption. The new observations provide limits on the distances to the cirrus and HVC complex, and in some cases the detected CaII, NaI and other species provide constraints on the kinematics, column densities, and physical state of the interstellar clouds. Some additional sightlines observed from CTIO are included, which provide many new detections of absorption lines of Ca II and Na I from galactic cirrus near a filamentary cloud in the foreground of HD 22252.
