Low and intermediate dispersion spectra of the two bright QSOs, Q0347-383 and Q0351-390, separated by one degree, are presented. The region observed at 1.2 A resolution, 3900-4900 A, is part of the Ly-alpha forest. Line lists are given, and analyses in terms of line densities, equivalent width distributions, and cross correlations are made. Line statistics are in good agreement with previous studies in similar conditions. Further possible case of associated absorption is noted, and a marginal signal has also been seen in the overall cross correlation of the two spectra.
