We present a simultaneous spectroscopic-photometric analysis of five eclipsing binaries in the LMC, combining new high-resolution spectroscopic observations and published light curves. Absolute masses and radii are derived for the ten stellar components. The object MACHO 82.9010.36 is a spectroscopic triple system. The binaries 78.6708.115 and 82.9130.25 are eccentric systems showing apsidal motion due to tidal forces. The obtained stellar parameters and apsidal motion rate are confronted with stellar models.
