The authors have done absolute photoelectric Hα and Hβ photometry of fifty-one H II regions and filaments in the LMC. In this paper they describe their instrumentation, explain their reduction procedures, and present their results in the form of a catalogue. A corresponding atlas is provided, showing photographs from the ESO red survey on which are superposed radio continuum contours and indications of the positions they have observed.
