Spectrograms of V 1143 Cyg obtained in 1984 using conventional photographic spectroscopy are compared with spectral data obtained with the Coravel photoelectric radial-velocity scanner in July 1984 and October 1985. It is determined that the data sets correlate well. The ephemeris and spectroscopic orbital elements for V 1143 Cyg are determined, and the radial velocities are computed using the spectral orbital element data. The rotational velocities for the orbital and axial revolution periods are measured; the primary star is synchronized to an angular vector approximately half way between the average and maximum orbital angular velocities, and the secondary rotates near the maximum rate. Consideration is given to the apsidal motion of V 1143 Cyg.
