In this paper we report our results regarding the asteroseismic modeling of the G9.5 giant V Oph, based on the 59 photometric frequencies observed by MOST. Also, the 25 observed spectroscopic frequencies are examined. The powerful method of matching stellar models both to oscillation data and known observables of is applied in order to identify an best fit model for V Oph. We find a best model fit to 35 photometric frequencies. The observed frequencies correspond to both radial and nonradial modes in the best fit model.
