Equilibrium points of a problem of motion of a mass-point in the
gravitational field of an oblate (at least triaxial) planet and two
perturbating bodies moving along eccentrical orbits with any inclination
are found. The perturbations due to an influence of two perturbating
bodies have the same order as those provided by the planet oblateness.
