A catalogue of 220 radio sources detected at 610 MHz in the Cancer cluster field and complete down to a map flux density of 2.5 mJy is presented. The catalogue is used to derive a deep source count down to 2.5 mJy. Systematic errors possibly present in the source count are discussed. It is concluded that the 610 MHz dN/dS distribution fits very well with a single power law with a slope of -1.66 in flux density range 2.5-158 mJy. The systematic effects give rise to an uncertainty in this slope of at most 0.05.
