Spectra of all O and B stars observed with IUE are being surveyed for the presence of high-velocity components to the interstellar lines. The dataset includes 1200 objects with distances up to 10 kpc. Preliminary results of the survey are presented, summarizing the frequency and distribution of high-velocity gas of various ionization states in the lines of sight to stars in or near the galactic plane. Correlations with supernova remnant and superbubble lines of sight are included in the analysis.
