Scintillation methods and the theory underlying scintillation methods
are reviewed. Consideration is given to diffractive and refractive
scintillation and describing irregular media. Application of
scintillation are discussed, including ionospheric, interplanetary, and
interstellar scintillation and scintillation and source size.
