Chemistry on intestellar grains is very complex. So far, micro Monte carlo simulation is the only simulation technique to the detailed evolution of chemical species on grain surface. However, it is very hard to couple detailed Monte Carlo simulation of grain surface chemistry and gas phase chemistry. This is especially true if species fomed on grain surface are easy to desorb into gas phase. In this study, we present a unified Monte Carlo simulation of both gas phase and grain surface chemistry. Gas phase reaction network is treated by macro Monte Carlo simulation while grain surface chemistry are treated by micro Monte Carlo simulation. Gas phase reaction network has about 6000 reactions while grain surface network has about 10 reactions. We show how a rough surface can change the evolution species on grain surface.
