One of the components of the constructed model represents the disk and the halo, the other the nucleus and the bulge. The circular velocity curve has two humps and is fairly flat outside the solar circle. Parameters of the model are estimated by the interval method proposed earlier. Intervals of the observational estimates of the local Galactic parameters as well as those of the rotation curve of the Galactic flat subsystems are used.
