We present a trinary model for SS433 that consists of the Martin and Rees close central binary (5 Msun black hole and 0.4Msun degenerate dwarf) and an additional star with a 13 day orbital period. We generalize the Martin-Rees model by including quadrupole, eccentricity, and two-body effects. We then analyze the effect of the central binary on the 13 day star and vice versa. We predict that the total angular momentum axis of the Martin-Rees binary will not remain at 78° to the line of sight but will precess about the total angular momentum axis of the trinary with a period of the order of 300 years.
