A new timescale algorithm, called the wavelet entropy algorithm, was proposed by combining wavelet analysis and entropy theory based on ALGOS algorithm principle. Atomic clock signals are decomposed scale by scale, and wavelet entropy which can weight the clock, is obtained through synthesizing wavelet coefficients based on energy partition. The performance of the algorithm was examined by real data gotten from CSAO. The results demonstrated that the algorithm can fuse the features of frequency fluctuations over each scale in clock signals, and can improve the stability of timescale evidently.
