A new three-dimensional grid method for modeling PNe is descibed. The method models the PN around a central star by a cube which can be freely rotated in space and which is subdivided into subcubes to which individual total density and velocity values can be assigned, the true density and velocity structure of an object should be reproducible in a self-consistent manner by performing a detailed comparison among theoretical emission line fluxes and observed absolutely calibrated monochromatic images. There is no need to introduce an arbitrary 'filling factor' which has often been a necessity in spherical symmetric models. The method is applied to the PN NGC 3132 as an example.
