The 100 m telescope at Effelsberg has been used to survey the 21 cm line radiation of neutral hydrogen in the galactic region - 3° < l < 21°, - 4° < b < 3° and the velocity range - 300 km s-1 < vLSR < + 300 km s-1 with sampling intervals 0°.1 and 2 km s-1 . The sensitivity of the survey is about 0.5 K. The data are presented both as contour maps and grey scale plots TA(v, b, l = const.).
