Results are presented for a search for OH absorption in the main lines at 18 cm toward 62 extragalactic radio sources selected from an H I absorption survey. Spectra and deduced characteristics of absorption features are given for the six sources toward which OH absorption was detected. These sources include 3C 123, 3C 131, 3C 133 (20 percent absorption at 1667 MHz), 3C 154, 3C 409, and 3C 410. The OH column density toward each of these sources is derived, the average OH column density in the interstellar medium is estimated from a statistical analysis of the total source sample, and no correlation is discovered between H I spin temperature and OH detection. The dark dust clouds centered on the position of each radio source observed are identified, and it is found that OH is apparently more abundant in dust clouds than in other clouds. For the case of 3C 133, it is suggested that small OH concentrations may be embedded in a much larger H I cloud
