It is found that a trajectory to a given target point is achromatic if the miss distance at the target is proportional to the square of the launch velocity error. Two methods for finding achromatic trajectories are shown to give identical results. Attention is given to the identification of all achromatic trajectories for the moon to any of the earth-moon libration points, L1, L2, L4, L5, due to their value in the transport of lunar resources. It is shown that an evaluation of over 48,000 test trajectories has yielded ten well-defined trajectories as sought. These are taken as representing transport modes for lunar material; their characteristics studied include launch site topography, arrival velocity, and sensitivity of aim with respect to five degrees of freedom in launch location and velocity. In conclusion, it is noted that the best transport mode involves launch from Mare Tranquillitatis.
