The interaction between active central galaxies and the ICM is poorly understood so far. As the largest effects are expected in clusters with the strongest feedback we study the cluster Z8193 which hosts an exceptionally active galaxy with very strong emission lines and a strong radio source. The galaxy also is very peculiar both morphologically and in velocity space. Furthermore extended radio emission was found originating probably from a jet. Surprisingly no cooling flow features have been found although expected in a cluster with such a galaxy. Obviously this is a cluster with a suppressed cooling flow due to strong feedback from the central galaxy. With this observation we will constrain the size of X-ray cavities and give upper mass accretion limits on central black holes.
