We conducted a sensitive search for HDO and detected H2O and OH in the spectra of comet C/2007 N3 (Lulin) obtained by NIRSPEC at the Keck II telescope atop Mauna Kea, Hawaii. OH prompt emission is a direct proxy of H2O production and eliminates "inter-setting” calibration uncertainties in evaluating the HDO/H2O ratio. We report an upper limit for HDO/H2O, and spatial profiles, rotational temperatures, and production rates for H2O. The work of undergraduate student E. Sudholt was supported over 12 months by NSF Grant AST- 0807939 (PI/Co-PI Bonev/Gibb) and by the Goddard Center for Astrobiology (PI Mumma). Co-authors gratefully acknowledge support from the NSF Astronomy and Astrophysics Research Grants Program, and by the NASA's Planetary Astronomy, Planetary Atmospheres, and Astrobiology Programs.
